Dark Omens is a two-day Clan tournament in which four Clans face off in the same division. Earn points, summon monsters, and outplay your rivals to climb the rankings.

How to Participate

You must be in a player-created Clan that has a Clan Capital and 55+ members with level 20+ Heroes. If you join an eligible Clan after the event starts, you can do missions and progress through the Battle Pass, but you won't be able to contribute Essence or summon/attack Dark Omen monsters.

Please note: Only available in Kingdoms with Cross-kingdom interactions enabled.

How to get Clan Rank Points

Clans generate rank points automatically. Contribute Omen Essence to raise your Flame level and speed up the production of rank points.

Contributions to the Clan Chalice to boost your Clan's rank point production are only available during specific scheduled time intervals, so plan your Clan's activity accordingly. When an interval ends, your ongoing production will continue — it is only the ability to make Essence contributions that will be temporarily disabled.

There are seven intervals in total throughout the tournament.

— The intervals (hours relative to day one tournament start and day two reset):

> 1. Day 1 — +0h    |  05:00–06:00 PM UTC
> 2. Day 1 — +8h    |  01:00–02:00 AM UTC
> 3. Day 1 — +16h  |  09:00–10:00 AM UTC
> 4. Day 1 — +22h  |  03:00–06:00 PM UTC
> 5. Day 2 — +8h    |  01:00–02:00 AM UTC
> 6. Day 2 — +16h  |  09:00–10:00 AM UTC
> 7. Day 2 — +22h  |  03:00–05:00 PM UTC

These intervals are also indicated in the Production tab.

How to fight other Clans

  • Summon Dark Omen monsters onto rival Clans' Grounds using Spawn Cards, which can be obtained from daily missions.
  • Monsters spawned suppress point production (up to -95%).
  • The effect stays active until the monsters are defeated or their lifetime expires.

The limit on Dark Omen monsters tracks the number of summons sent to a Clan by all enemy Clans in the division, not the number of monsters that are currently alive on its Clan Grounds. Random summons can still exceed the limit.

- The limit refreshes every hour, starting from when the tournament launches.

- Monsters already present when the limit refreshes continue to apply Suppression, but they don't count toward the next hour's limit.

Questions

How do I get Spawn Cards?

Complete daily missions in the corresponding tab by collecting Omen Sigils, which can be earned only from battles against the Arcanomancer, a neutral monster that can be attacked at any time and found via the Activities tab.

Note that you cannot obtain Omen Sigils from fighting Dark Omen monsters.

How do fights against Dark Omen monsters work?

Troops that fall in battle against Dark Omen monsters can be revived using Silver! At the same time, resurrection costs are reduced by 90%, and irreversible losses are disabled. Your equipment also does not break when fighting Dark Omens — meaning you can battle freely without suffering extra losses.

The rewards you will receive are balanced according to this reduction in revival cost and do not contain Valor points, which can now be earned in a separate event — Spoils of Dread, featuring personal goals for battling Dark Omen monsters.

Note that these rules do not apply to the Arcanomancer.

How do I improve my Clan's chances of winning?

Keep your Flame level high, suppress your enemies' rank point generation, and complete missions together.

What happens if I join a Clan after the tournament starts?

You can still participate in some activities like missions and the Battle Pass, but you cannot receive or contribute Essence, summon monsters, or fight them.

How do I get Omen Essence?

From the daily Missions on the Tournament page.

Can my Clan completely stop producing points if too many monsters are summoned against us?

No. Suppression is capped at -95%, so you'll always produce points, though much slower.

What is Fatigue?

When attacking Dark Omen monsters, players accumulate Fatigue Marks, which activate the Fatigue effect. The fatigue is added based on damage dealt, and it reduces your troops' strength and health (including all bonuses). This mechanic encourages team-based play.

Please note that with the latest update, the number of Fatigue Marks that drop from monsters has been reduced based on Clans' defensive capabilities.

How do rewards scale?

Rewards depend on your division and placement. Stronger divisions have better rewards.

How is Clan matchmaking calculated?

Matchmaking is based on the total might of the Clan, the number of Clan members, and the level of their Guardsmen, Specialists, and Monsters. The higher these numbers, the stronger the opponents in the group.

What happens if the Clan's Suppression exceeds 95%?

If the combined Suppression exceeds the 95% cap, the excess is stored and will be applied automatically when some monsters are removed, lowering total active suppression below the limit.

Can monsters be spawned in Clans that don't have any Clan territory?

In that case, monsters will be spawned around the Clan Capital.

What is the Spoils of Dread event?

This new event features personal goals involving battling Dark Omen monsters directly. As a reward, you can earn precious Valor points and Clan chests.

What is the Restoration of Balance tournament?

Restoration of Balance tournament features a personal leaderboard for battles against the Arcanomancer and Dark Omen monsters.

The exact number of prize places depends on your Clan's division in the Dark Omens tournament and may be fewer than 100 players.
