This is a generic error that may occur for a number of reasons, such as:

    • Please try making the payment again using a valid card.

    • Please make sure there are enough funds to cover the purchase, then try again.

  • The card was declined due to a failed 3D Secure verification.

    • Please check with your bank or card issuer to ensure your card supports 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.

                                     
      3D Secure, or 3DS, is an additional layer of security for your online purchases. To complete an online purchase, the cardholder must complete the verification required by their bank (e.g., a verification code or an in-app approval — specific methods may vary by bank and country). 

If you continue having trouble with card payments, you may wish to use another payment method that is available in the store, such as PayPal.
