What rewards do monsters give you?

Fighting common, rare, and epic monsters in the World Map grants you Experience points, Valor points, Armor Fragments, and unique items (more about them below).

As well as giving you more of the normal rewards over common and rare monsters, epic monsters also yield Clan chests and Dragon Treats for leveling up your Dragon.

Some epic monsters may follow other rules, granting Conquest Points instead (in Shadow Invasion), for example.

The difference between monsters

Common monsters can be attacked by one of your Captains, while rare monsters can only be attacked by your Hero.

Epic monsters, on the other hand, vary from tournament to tournament. You can find more about them here. 

Unique items

These are items related to different tournaments. In the same way that Armor Fragments relate to quests in the Triumphal Challenge, other tournaments require that you acquire unique items in order to progress through quests.

For example, in order to complete quests in the Pursuit of Evolution tournament, you need to acquire Dragon Seals. Dragon Seals can be received from any of the monsters above when the tournament is active.
