Valor points are obtained by fighting monsters on the Kingdom map. 

Essential to your progress, Valor points are necessary for researching new Technologies in your Academy. The most effective way of earning Valor points is by attacking epic monsters with a good variety of troops in your army. 

Other sources of Valor points are: game achievements, some tournaments (e.g. Triumphal Challenge), and Arenas.
