If you encounter an error while playing our game using our standalone client, then please follow these steps:
- Launch the game client
- Let the error reproduce
- Exit the program
- Click ⊞ Win+R
- Paste inside C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\LocalLow\Scorewarrior\TotalBattle\LogsLauncher or C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\LocalLow\Scorewarrior\Triumph\LogsLauncher without quotes and inputting your PC's name instead of [your user name]
- Find the latest logs generated by the program
- Indicate your user ID
- Indicate the error encountered within the game
- Attach the saved .txt document
