If you encounter an error while playing our game using our standalone client, then please follow these steps:

  1. Launch the game client
  2. Let the error reproduce
  3. Exit the program
  4. Click ⊞ Win+R
  5. Paste inside C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\LocalLow\Scorewarrior\TotalBattle\LogsLauncher or C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\LocalLow\Scorewarrior\Triumph\LogsLauncher without quotes and inputting your PC's name instead of [your user name]
  6. Find the latest logs generated by the program

    • Indicate your user ID
    • Indicate the error encountered within the game
    • Attach the saved .txt document
