Check our system requirements

First of all, please make sure that your device matches our system requirements for the game client:
Operating systemWindows 10 or later
CPUx86-64 architecture with SSE2 instruction set support
GraphicsDX10, DX11, DX12 capable

If your PC does not meet these requirements, you would need to upgrade your system to be able to play.

Check for updates

Launch the game client and check for any available updates. If there's an update available, it will be automatically downloaded and installed.


Check for conflicting software

Make sure that there are no conflicting programs or software running in the background that may be interfering with the game client. This includes antivirus programs and other security software.


Delete temporary files

Navigate toC:\Users\[your pc username]\AppData\Roaming\Scorewarrior\Bundles, then C:\Users\[your pc username]\AppData\Roaming\Scorewarrior\Cache and delete all temporary files that may be causing issues. Try launching the game again.

Reinstall the game client

If none of the above troubleshooting steps have resolved the issue, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game client. To do this, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Launch the desktop client.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to the "Account" menu in the top part of the launcher without starting the game.
  4. Click "Delete game" in the bottom part of it, and confirm the decision by clicking "Delete" once again.
  5. After uninstalling, download and install the game client again from the game's official website.
