There is no specific schedule that shows the opening dates for new Kingdoms. However, whenever a Kingdom is scheduled to open, you will see the timer when you try interacting with that Kingdom.
Tip
Try selecting any tile on the map of a new Kingdom. If you don't see a notification showing a countdown timer, that means the Kingdom does not yet have a set opening date.
