To find out which bonuses are currently in effect, open the Bonuses tab.  It shows all the currently active bonuses granted by your Dragon. 

 The bonuses that you can see in the Progress tab show the new bonuses and the percentage increase that you will acquire when your Dragon reaches the next evolution level.
