How do I add a payment method to my Google Play account?

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. At the top right, tap on your profile icon.
  3. Select "Payments & Subscriptions" and then "Payment Methods."
  4. Select "Payment methods."
  5. Select "Add a Payment Method to your Google Account."
  6. Follow the steps on the screen. The new payment method will be added to your Google account.

Please note that accepted payment methods may vary from country to country. For more information about the payment options available (for example, credit cards, direct carrier billing, PayPal, and Google Play credit), go to "Accepted payment methods."

If you're having problems making a payment on Android, try fixing any payment issues on your account.

How do I add a payment method on my iPhone or iPad?

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap on your name.
  3. Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. Tap Manage Payments.
  5. Tap Add Payment Method.
  6. Enter the payment method details, then tap Done.

My payment method was charged, but I didn't receive the package on my account.

Packages are usually credited instantly, even if you are using a delayed debit payment method like PaySafeCard. If you didn't receive your purchase right away, that means that the payment is still being processed.

However, if you don't see the purchase on your account within a few minutes, please submit a request to support. You need to be logged in to the account you used to make the purchase.

Some items from the package I bought are missing.

All packages that you purchase are credited to your account automatically in full. The contents of some packages may differ, however, depending on the package you selected. For instance, some offers might contain Sacred Potions instead of Gold. You can always check the contents of a package before making a purchase.

If you still haven't received all the items in your package, please submit a request to support.

I received the wrong package.

Rest assured that any purchase made in the game will credit you with the offer you selected. Please make sure to check the contents of the selected package before confirming your purchase.

 I was charged twice by Apple

Please note that Apple may charge you for multiple simultaneous purchases, so you may see the amount charged higher than expected from a single purchase.

Please check your last purchases and charges for them - if you were not charged immediately after one of the purchases but were charged a larger amount than you should have, then this means that this amount is the total amount for the last number of purchases you made.
