1. Animal welfare:
   Includes intentional harm or sale of animals or their parts
2. Consumer information infringements:
   Includes insufficient information on traders, goods or services, consumer’s rights, and hidden ads.
3. Data protection and privacy violations:
   Includes data breaches, illegal trading of data, its falsification, and, more generally, any unauthorized handling of personal data, including the sale or exchange of logins and passwords
4. Illegal or harmful speech:
   Includes defamation, any type of discrimination, and hate speech
5. Intellectual property infringements:
   Includes copyright, design, patent, trade secret or trademark infringements, and trading pirated goods, including in-game items, for personal commercial gain
6. Negative effects on civic discourse or elections:
   Includes violations of EU or national law on civic discourse or elections and manipulating foreign information or interference
7. Non-consensual behavior:
   Includes engaging in behavior not agreed upon by one or more parties, e.g., sharing images, items that contain deepfake or similar tech using third-party features, online bullying, intimidation, and stalking
8. Pornography or sexualized content:
   Includes sharing any type of explicit adult sexual material via any type of in-game chats, including links to websites hosting such materials
9. Protection of minors:
   Includes grooming, sexual enticement of minors, unsafe challenges, or sny sexual content involving children
10. Risk for public security:
    Includes illegal organizations, terrorist activities, and risks for environmental damage or public health
11. Scams and/or fraud:
    Includes any means of intentional fraud to gain access to third party property, money, or rights; the means include phishing, pyramid schemes, account sale or hijacking, impersonation, and fake accounts/listings/user reviews
12. Self-harm:
    Includes promoting activities that may cause damage to one self, such as suicide, self-mutilation, or promoting eating disorders
13. Unsafe Products:
    Includes any actions in promoting the sale, purchase and exchange of prohibited and unsafe and non-compliant products.
14. Violence:
    Includes any communication and intention to cause harm, pain injury, exploitation, serious violent threats and/or hatred.
