Deleting your account is a permanent action that will cause you to lose all in-game progress, achievements, and virtual items, whether purchased or earned. Please make sure you genuinely want to proceed before continuing.
It is only possible to delete an entire game account. Individual instances of game progress associated with an account, such as a Seasonal City, cannot be deleted separately.
In order to delete your account, follow these instructions:
Open the Account section in the top right corner of the screen.
In the Account menu, scroll down until you see the "Personal data deletion" option.
Click Delete.
You will need to confirm your decision by entering your account ID. You can copy and paste it into the empty field.
After clicking Next, you will see the list of all game progress instances that will be deleted along with your account. You will need to confirm the deletion one more time.
The account will be scheduled for deletion, which will happen in 30 days. If you change your mind and want to cancel the deletion process, just log into your account, and you will see the option to cancel the deletion:
If you are having trouble completing the process above, you can also contact our support team and submit a deletion request to support@totalbattle.com. If your account is linked to an email address, please use that email and include your account ID. If your account is not connected to an email address, please submit the request from within the game.
Please note that if you submit a deletion request to our support team, additional steps may be required to verify your identity and confirm the request.
If we are unable to verify ownership, your request may be denied.
