A summer event full of action-packed battles and tons of rewards! Below, you'll find all the details about the upcoming summer event (starting July 17th). At the end of the article, there's also a list of frequently asked questions regarding the event.
During the Lotus Festival, you can unlock and collect rewards from the event's Battle Pass, which has three reward tracks. To progress through the pass, you need to collect Summer Lanterns. There will be several activities in which you'll be able to get Summer Lanterns throughout the event.
Look out for these special rewards: the "Echo of Edo" City appearance, regular and animated frames, and special titles.
At the start of the event, players are divided into divisions based on their Hero level and technological advancement.
To access event progression and the associated rewards, players must have a Hero level of 10 or higher.
Acquire increasing bonuses to Valor point gain, as well as to strength against Yokai monsters. The bonus amount is different for every tier and is updated when players change tier.
Shuten Doji's Shadow
This event will run for 10 days, during which time you'll be able to send your Captains to defeat the epic monster Shuten-Doji (a Yokai Monster). Earn Yokai Coins to collect Summer Lanterns and progress through the Lotus Festival to receive even more valuable rewards!
- The difficulty of the missions depends on the level of your troops.
- Fallen troops can only be revived using Gold or Sacred Potions.
- While Shuten-Doji himself doesn't yield any Valor points, you'll find plenty of Valor points in the reward tracks!
Kasambo the Rider
The ultimate challenge awaits in the Lotus Festival — face off against Kasambo the Rider (a Yokai Monster) in an epic tournament! This thrilling conclusion to the Festival will be your last chance to earn valuable Yokai Coins and maximize your rewards.
Use the Valor and strength bonuses that you've acquired up till this point to earn tons of rewards. Fighting Kasambo the Rider will directly reward you with Valor Points, so send your Hero and three Captains into battle!
- Mission difficulty increases with the level of your troops.
- Players are sorted into divisions based on their level when the tournament starts.
- Collect Summer Lanterns to unlock more rewards in the Lotus Festival.
Alchemy
This is a tournament that's going to be running throughout the Festival. In it, you'll be able to gather ingredients, brew decoctions (i), and combine them according to the recipes. By completing the recipes, you'll be able to earn tournament points as well as Clan chests.

Complete recipes to receive Alchemy tournament points and achieve personal goals. If you do not follow the recipe, a total of 300 points is given for the decoction.
Only one decoction can be requested at a time.

Help your clanmates: a clanmate who helps by sending a decoction receives 100 points in your personal rewards, as well as a personal chest.
Do I keep unused cauldrons?
Yes, they remain in your account for the following day. Every day, three cauldrons will be allocated to you. New cauldrons are added to those you already have. Additional cauldrons can be purchased in the in-game store.
Do I keep unused decoctions?
A decoction that was added to the cauldron but was not used in the recipe will disappear the next day when the reset takes place. If a decoction is not in the cauldron, it will remain in your possession.
Do I keep unused ingredients?
Yes, they remain in your account.
Do personal goals refresh every day?
Yes, personal goals are updated every day.
How can I earn more Alchemy points if I only have three cauldrons?
Each time you help a clanmate, you receive 100 points. There is no limit on the number of help actions you can perform each day. However, only one decoction can be sent per request. Exchange decoctions with your clanmates and get more points toward your personal goals.
How many times can I help clanmates?
You can send help an unlimited number of times, but only one decoction can be sent at a time per request.
