If you log in using an email address, please follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Go to our website.

  2. Click "Log in" on the left or in the top right of the screen.

  3. Click "Forgot password?"

  4. Enter the email you used to register the account and click Reset.

  5. Go to your inbox and look for a message containing the relevant instructions. Please check your spam folder too.

  6. Follow the link in the message and reset your password, then click "Set up" to confirm the new password.

Should you wish, you can also use the one-time password option ("Log in with a code"). With this option, you can enter your email and the code that gets sent to your registered email address.

If you don't receive the message with the instructions, check your spam folder. If it's not there, you probably entered an invalid email address.

If you're logged in to the game and want to change your password, simply head to the account menu in the top right corner, scroll down, and type your new password twice, then click Save Password.

 

Google login option

Google will usually keep you signed in, so whenever you use the "Sign in with Google" option, you'll just have to select the desired account in the pop-up window, and it will log you in automatically.

However, if you are asked to log in to your Google account, you will need to enter the relevant password. You will see the password recovery prompt in the pop-up window.

 

Facebook login option

If you log in using Facebook, please follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Go to our website.

  2. Click the "f" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the website.

  3. The Facebook login window will pop up. If you have forgotten your Facebook account password, click "Forgot password?"

  4. You will be redirected to Facebook's account access recovery procedure. Enter your phone number or email to find your Facebook account.

  5. Depending on your account's security settings, you may have multiple ways to restore access. Please select one of them and proceed according to Facebook's instructions.
