If you log in using an email address, please follow the steps below to reset your password:
Open the game (the Total Battle app).
Click "Log in" on the starting screen.
Select the Email login option.
Choose “Log in using a password.”
Click "Forgot your password?"
Enter the email you used to register the account and click Next.
Go to your inbox and look for a message containing the relevant instructions. Please check your spam folder too.
Enter the code from the message and reset your password, then click Next to confirm the new password.
If you don't receive the message with the instructions, check your spam folder. If it's not there, you probably entered an invalid email address.
If you need help resetting your password, please contact our Support team. Go back to the conversation and hit "No, I need to talk to someone."
Google login option
Google will usually keep you signed in, so whenever you use the "Sign in with Google" option, you'll just have to select the desired account in the pop-up window, and it will log you in automatically.
However, if you are asked to log in to your Google account, you will need to enter the relevant password. You will see the password recovery prompt in the pop-up window.
Facebook login option
If you log in using Facebook, please follow the steps below to reset your password:
Open the game (the Total Battle app).
Click "Log in" on the starting screen.
Select the Facebook login option.
The Facebook login window will pop up. If you have forgotten your Facebook account password, click "Forgot password?".
You will be redirected to Facebook's account access recovery procedure. Enter your phone number or e-mail to find your Facebook account.
Depending on your account's security settings, you may have multiple ways to restore access. Please select one of them and proceed according to Facebook's instructions.
