You're experiencing a game-related issue

Make sure you're contacting us from the game progress instance (character/City) where the issue is present — this will help us locate the issue quicker and verify you as the account owner.

Please also include:

  • a clear description of the issue.

  • when the issue occurred (date and time, if possible).

  • the game event or feature it is related to (if applicable).

  • troubleshooting steps you've already tried (restarting the game, reinstalling, etc.).

  • screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable).

You want to make changes to your personal data

If you want to change your email address, please visit this page first. 

If you want to delete your account, please visit this page first. 

If you want to make any other changes or request information about your personal data, please submit a request using your registered email address to support@totalbattle.com and include your account ID. This will help us verify your ownership and process your request successfully.

You're having an issue with an in-game purchase

If you made a purchase in our store but something went wrong, please send us a screenshot of the purchase confirmation with:

  • the payment ID, order ID, or transaction ID visible.

  • the purchase date.

  • the price of the package.

The order ID consists of numbers and letters. You can find it by following these instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 

Android app

Purchase confirmation from Google.

The purchase number typically looks like this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.

  • Find the receipt in the confirmation email from Google or
  • Find it online: http://pay.google.com/ (Sign in > Activity > Choose your order to view the receipt)

You lost access to your game account

If you know your account or progress ID, please include it in your message.

If not, please provide as many of the following details as you can:

  • Your nickname.

  • Your Kingdom number.

  • The name of your Clan.

  • Your City's coordinates.

  • A purchase confirmation, if you've made any purchases in the game.

This will help us find your account and restore access to your game.
