To find your account ID, click the Account tab in the top right corner of the game screen.

You will see your ID at the bottom of the Account information interface. Use the two squares icon to copy the ID to the clipboard.

If you are looking for a progress ID, you can find it next to your player icon, below your Capitol level in the Characters tab. It may start with "tb:" or other letters.
